QuickBooks
Intuit's QuickBooks is a great accounting program for small and mid-sized businesses. It's been around for 15 years. Each year new features are added and it becomes more user friendly. Intuit offers several versions starting with Simple Start (free), Pro, Premier, Enterprise Solutions and Point of Sale. Did we mention that it is reasonably priced?
As an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor., I can assist you with setup and training at your place of business. This will get you up and running fast. Other assistants we provide is ODBC support, and Integration with 3rd Party Applications.

First Time Users. Companies that have never used QuickBooks before may require assistance in setting up a file for the very first time.
Conversions. If you are currently using another program and wish to convert your records to QuickBooks, we can help. Some programs convert directly into QuickBooks others do not. Most of the time some changes need to be made in the file to be converted before the actual conversion takes place.
Current Users. If you have been using QuickBooks for some time and want someone to review your file to determine whether you are using it to its fullest potential, or have other questions regarding your methods, we can help. This would be our clean up tune up service.
Remote Service. Here's how it works. You provide accounting documents via fax or scan. Documents include bills, credit card statements, bank statements, copies of checks you receive, copies of deposits, etc. We gain access to your file through a secure link. We process your documents, you print and mail checks from your location, then we send you a Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and other required reports at the end of the month.
Training. We provide a one on one HANDS ON training service at your location. As an example, if you wanted to know how to prepare an invoice, we would tell you the steps as you prepare the invoice. Then we would ask you to prepare an invoice on your one. If you have any questions about the process, you have the opportunity to ask immediately. We will repeat the process as needed until you are confident that you can prepare an invoice when we are not there to help.
